About these Terms;
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of nonameboudoir.com and any services provided by No Name Boudoir, operated by Kristy Maree. By using this website or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

Service;
No Name Boudoir provides mobile boudoir photography sessions at agreed locations in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico and surrounding areas. All session details, inclusions, and deliverables are confirmed in writing prior to your session date.

Bookings;
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed Client Service Agreement and deposit payment. Enquiries submitted through the website contact form do not constitute a confirmed booking.

Age requirement;
All clients must be of legal age (18 years or older) at the time of their session. No Name Boudoir reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

 

Deposits and payments;
Deposit and payment terms are outlined in the separate Deposit & Payment Policy provided at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations;
Cancellation terms are outlined in the separate Cancellation Policy provided at the time of booking.

 

Image usage;
Image usage rights are governed by the Image Usage & Model Release agreement signed prior to your session. No images will be used publicly without your explicit written consent.

 

Intellectual property;
All photographs produced by No Name Boudoir remain the intellectual property of Kristy Maree until full payment has been received. All website content including images, copy, and design is owned by No Name Boudoir and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Website use;
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. No Name Boudoir reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

 

Governing law;
These terms are governed by the laws of Quintana Roo, Mexico. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant Mexican courts. [TO BE CONFIRMED BY MEXICAN LAWYER]
